The Risk Reduction Committee educates the Association’s membership about risk related items to reduce the risk of liability to those in the real estate profession. This is accomplished by ongoing communication to membership and offering both a Risk Reduction and Legal Update Seminar each year to communicate the new laws that have been enacted. Some of the responsibilities of the Risk Reduction Committee include, assessing and promoting WWOCAR's standardized forms and updating the Commonly Used Clause Book.
