The Grievance Committee gives initial consideration to both allegations of unethical conduct and requests for arbitration, then forwards for hearing before a Hearing Panel of the Professional Standards Committee all complaints that have a basis of unethical conduct. This committee ensures that all complaints are processed in an expedient manner. There is special training provided for all Grievance Committee members.
