The Professional Standards Committee conducts Ethics Hearings and Arbitration Hearings on ethics complaints and requests for arbitration referred by the Grievance Committee. This committee ensures all cases are current and develops consistency in disciplinary action. YOU MUST SERVE THREE (3) YEARS ON GRIEVANCE BEFORE BEING CONSIDERED FOR PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS DUTY. There is special training provided for Professional Standards Committee members. Appointments to this Committee are carefully evaluated as to real estate experience, Association service, and judicial temperament and competence.
