As part of the Foreclosure Prevention and Response program created by the Michigan Association of REALTORS®, REALTOR® Associations are teaming up to bring two seminars to members in SE Michigan. These workshops will teach REALTORS® how to handle all aspects of a difficult situation with the end result being the best possible solution for all parties involved. In addition to the REALTOR® only sessions, homeowner/public sessions are also available to provide information and resources to homeowners who may be facing a foreclosure.

(May 1, 2009) The WWOCAR Jump Start Michigan Initiative releases a new report: Entrepreneurial Rejuvenation for Unemployed Workers Program (ERUWP). This report provides a conceptual, structural, and analytical foundation for the creation of a joint public/private economic rejuvenation and jobs program for the State of Michigan entitled the “Entrepreneurial Rejuvenation for Unemployed Workers Program (ERUWP).”
