Not only is Western Wayne Oakland County Association of REALTORS the premier education provider for real estate professionals in the state of Michigan, but the most affordable source for valuable lifelong learning.
Our classes are industry specific, this means, our instructors will provide you the information to assist you in your everyday profession as a REALTOR or Assistant.

DESIGNATIONS
The NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® has nine affiliated Institutes, Societies, and Councils that provide a wide-ranging menu of programs and services that assist members in increasing skills, productivity and knowledge. Designations acknowledging experience and expertise in various real estate sectors are awarded by each Affiliated group upon completion of required courses.
CONTINUING EDUCATION
The Michigan Department of Consumer and Industry Services (DLEG) requires each real estate licensee to complete mandatory courses throughout the licensing cycle that have been pre-approved for continuing education credits.
Each of the courses listed in this section have been submitted to the DLEG for approval and will meet some, if not all, of the requirements for licensees.
LICENSING
We offer traditional classroom training and we also have a comprehensive online training course available. Whether you choose the online or in-house course, we will be sure to give you the knowledge and confidence to pass your state exam for both Salesperson and Broker licences.
GENERAL EDUCATION
We have numerous educational programs and courses to help you along your way as you progress through your real estate career. From courses to help you communicate with your clients more effectively to courses specific to aspects of real estate transactions (i.e.: home inspection, overview of the mortgage process, organizational, public speaking, contracts, forms and much more)
ROOKIE
This program is designed for newer agents who have been in the business for 6 months or less and will provide an insight from seasoned REALTORS® on how to improve your business by creating more referrals, marketing tips and tricks, and an improved overall concept of how to make your business grow.
TECHNOLOGY EDUCATION
Whether you consider yourself to be a “techie” or not, we have courses that will help you to achieve a level of confidence with our various real estate related software programs, such as Top Producer training, Palm Pilot training, and even the ePRO Certification.
